A worker was killed after a Tennessee plant fire occurred last weekend. This event occurs just two months after another workplace accident at Galltin left two workers dead.
According to the sources, the man who was killed was one of the men that was injured in the incident. Fire marshal’s are currently investigating what caused the fire. The 26-year-old man was transported to the hospital to be treated with injuries sustained, but he was later pronounced dead.
The workers were employed by John W. McDougall Co., a company that makes custom fabrication of street metal. The company has no outstanding violations at this time.
