A man has been charged with involuntary manslaughter after a suspected DWI truck accident that killed two and injured five.
Police records show that the man was driving west on I-70 when he struck the back of an SUV and caused it to roll over. Two passengers that were in the SUV were killed and were pronounced dead on the scene.
Five people suffered non-life threatening injuries as well as the driver of the truck. The man was arrested for suspicion of drunk driving, involuntary manslaughter and second-degree assault and is being held in the St. Louis county jail.
