A man was injured after being involved in a car accident in St. Louis county.
The crash occurred on the westbound lanes of Highway 270 when the man was working on his disabled vehicle on the side of the road and a westbound car collided with the rear of it.
The man was knocked to the ground as a result of this and was struck by debris from the crash. Officials are still investigating and have not said whether or not any charges will be filed against the driver of the car. The victim is currently still in the hospital.
