The location of this year’s St. Louis Brewer’s Heritage Festival has now been announced as the Ballpark Village, which is next to the Busch Stadium.
According to St. Louis Today online, officials have also announced that the festival will be held June 1-2, changing the date that it was tentatively scheduled for. For the past five years, the festival has been held at Forest Park.
Officials are now discussing with the Cardinals a long term plan to keep the festival at the Ballpark Village. Organizers of the festival looked at many different places when they choosing a new venue, but decided that the festival needed to be outside.
The original weekend was set for June 15-17 but it was changed after realizing that this was also Father’s Day and the Kansas City Royals would be playing there during the weekend.
