Where should you go to find the best of the Show-Me State? The Best of Missouri Market this October, of course!
Head over to the Missouri Botanical Garden Oct. 4-6 for a true celebration of all things made in Missouri. Hundreds of vendors from all across the state will be selling arts, crafts, and food.
Each year, the Best of Missouri Market is held in south St. Louis at the gardens during the fall. Gates open on Oct. 4 at 6 p.m. and close at 9 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, the event is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission is twelve dollars for adults and five dollars for children and garden members.
This is certainly a St. Louis event you don’t want to miss, as 120 vendors from across Missouri are invited to sell their goods. Many are annual guests, but you can be sure to see some new faces and stands if you’re a returning visitor.
If you’re after the delicacies of Missouri, you can sample and buy fresh produce, handmade sausage, goat cheeses, salsas, soups, snacks, and more products.
There will be live music at the event, including local bluegrass musicians performing each day at Linnean Plaza.
For the younger crowd, the Kid’s Corner will feature family-friendly activities like cow milking, face painting, a pumpkin patch, and more.
The Best of Missouri Market attracts nearly twenty-five thousand visitors each year, so don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind St. Louis event! Parking is available outside the Ridgeway Visitor Center along Shaw Avenue, as well as in lots near Shaw and Vandeventer. Some street parking is available along Shaw and Tower Grove Avenues.
