In June, a construction worker working at a construction site in Parma Heights, Ohio was killed in a tragic construction accident.
County officials say the 53-year old construction worker was working in a hole on the side of Stumph Road. The hole was dug by another construction worker using a track hoe.
Authorities believe that a claw at the end of the track hoe used to dig the hole struck the victim. The contractor working the construction site, Fabrizi Trucking and Paving, is being investigated. The construction company has been investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration before this recent accident.
